Administrative Action Any official moderation response taken by a staff member.

Appeal A request by a player for review of an administrative decision.

Documentation The official record of an administrative action.

Evidence Information used to support a moderation decision — logs, screenshots, recordings, witness statements, or staff observations.

Governance Framework The Administrative Governance Framework — the policy document establishing leadership structure, staffing procedures, and organizational standards.

Mutual Interaction Restriction A preventative (non-disciplinary) administrative measure that limits intentional interaction between two parties in an ongoing conflict. See the Governance Framework.

Review An evaluation of an administrative decision by another qualified staff member.

Review Status A tag recorded on a disciplinary log indicating where it stands in the review process. See Review Statuses.

Strike A formal disciplinary warning recorded against a player.

Trial Administrator A staff member undergoing evaluation while learning Barren Land's moderation procedures.
